Cambridge Elevating is an OEM which caters to a very custom
market with a highly engineered product requiring precise
structural steel elements. The relationship with our steel
fabricator is a crucial factor in our success.
Over the last 7 years we have consolidated from 8-9 custom
fabricators down to only one, Ridsdale Metal Products, who we
consider more of a partner than a supplier. We have a level of
support from them that is truly unique, not only do they supply
what we ask for with top quality, and on time but also understand
our application and where appropriate suggest cost saving
alternatives. Whether it is a large blanket order with rigid release
times, or that infamous need it yesterday one-off they respond
with grace and understanding. We couldn't offer the premium
customer service level we do if we did not have that same level
extended to us from Ridsdale Metal Products.
